Since 1996 HUNLAND has its own logistics branch, which grew into an independent company as HUNLAND Trans Kft. in December of 2006. HUNLAND Trans Kft. possesses a fleet of more then 35 trucks, which are mostly trucks for transportation of livestock and meat. All of our trucks comply with the latest EU requirements in the field of animal welfare and food safety and our drivers receive special training to deal with animals and meat. Besides the road transport within Europe the company also has experience with the transportation of live animals and meat through air and over sea to destinations in Africa and Asia.

For the transport of piglets, we recently had two special trucks built. The special under-floor heating guarantees that the sensitive animals are transported at a constant temperature of 25°C.

To avoid breakdowns along the road, and a consequent damage to animals or meat all our trucks are renewed every three years as a standard.
